East Coast Commercial Finance pursues commercial real estate debt and equity opportunities with a project cost of up to $60 million. These opportunities may be up to 85%-90% of the total capital required in the form of senior mortgages, convertible mortgages, mezzanine financing, Stand by Commitments, B-notes, Participation loans, preferred equity, Wrap-Around debt and partnership equity. Our investment approach is to leverage our business acumen collectively in an effort to achieve the ideal structured transaction. We then assess the business plan and the risk before underwriting and closing the investment. We constantly align our interests to better manage our capital and the various market opportunities.
